Engineering and supply chain

Structured support from BOM to fulfillment.

Scope, evidence, commercial status and review conditions are documented for each engagement.

BOM analysis & RFQNormalize ordering codes, quantities and required dates; identify incomplete or conflicting entries before requesting price and availability.
Selection & cross-referenceCompare function, electrical limits, interfaces, package, pinout, temperature, qualification and software impact. Alternates require customer engineering approval.
Lifecycle & obsolescenceReview manufacturer lifecycle status, EOL/PCN documents and continuity options; no forecast or allocation is promised unless confirmed in writing.
Quality & traceabilityDefine requested source, packaging, label, date/lot-code and traceability documents before order. Availability depends on the quoted channel.
Application supportRequirements review, reference architecture and interface planning may be scoped by project; production design ownership and validation remain with the customer.
Delivery & RMA coordinationWritten order acknowledgement, shipping terms, document handoff and supplier-return coordination according to the accepted quotation and policy.
Commercial compliance reviewProduct classification, destination, parties, end user and commercial end use are reviewed before acceptance and again if transaction facts change.
